1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Diego Iglesias. When we refer to “we” or “us”, we mean the provider of the training programme available on this platform.

You may write to us at any time at hola@diegoiglesias.io.

2. Account and access

You must be of legal age to contract the Service and create an account. If you are not, you may not use the platform or make the purchase.

You need an account to access the content. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

3. The training programme

The Service provides classes, resources and challenges to help you grow. The content is educational in nature and is updated from time to time.

We do not guarantee any specific results (views, subscribers or income): they depend on your own work, your niche and on factors outside our control, such as the algorithms of third-party platforms.

4. Price, payment and billing

The sale is made by Diego Iglesias. Payment is handled through an external payment gateway acting solely as a processor: your contract for the training is with us, not with the gateway.

The price is the one shown on the sign-up page, taxes included, as a single payment granting access to the complete programme. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your access credentials by email.

Any billing, cancellation or refund matter is handled by us directly: write to us at hola@diegoiglesias.io.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are contracting as a consumer resident in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw without having to give any reason. Simply tell us at hola@diegoiglesias.io and we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used.

Statutory exception for digital content: the programme is supplied immediately after payment. By accepting these Terms before purchasing, you expressly request that performance begin immediately and acknowledge that, once your access to the content has begun, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.

For as long as your access to the content has not begun, the right of withdrawal remains in force within those 14 days.

6. Acceptable use

By using the Service, you undertake not to:

• Share, resell or publish the programme content outside your account.
• Gain unauthorised access to systems, data or other users’ accounts.
• Use the Service for unlawful activities or for activities that infringe the rights of third parties.

7. Intellectual property

The videos, texts, trade marks and materials of the Service are the property of their respective owners and are licensed to you for your personal use only, for as long as you remain a member. No ownership rights are transferred.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Where a change is material, we will notify you by reasonable means. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable in the place of incorporation of the Service provider, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence.
