Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
At Diego Iglesias we take care of your data. This policy explains what information we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have over it.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Diego Iglesias. You may contact us at hola@diegoiglesias.io regarding any matter relating to your privacy.
2. What data we collect
We process only the data necessary to provide the Service:
- Data you provide when you contact us or complete the form on the website: name, email address, phone number and the answers you give us (for example, your motivation or your investment capacity), in order to give you access to the free class and to be able to contact you.
- Account data: name, email address and access credentials.
- Usage data: class progress, completed challenges and activity on the platform.
- Technical data: IP address, device type and session data stored in your browser (local storage) that are necessary for the platform to work.
- Analytics data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects browsing data in pseudonymised form (pages viewed, device and cookie identifiers). If you decline them, these cookies are not installed.
3. What we use it for
We use your data to:
- Handle your request for the free class and contact you when you ask us to through the form.
- Give you access to the programme and save your progress.
- Manage payments, guarantees and support.
- Improve the content and the platform experience.
- Send you communications relating to your account or to the programme.
- Measure in aggregate how the site is used (analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the following legal bases: performance of the contract (providing you with the Service and your progress); your consent (the free-class form, analytics cookies or connecting your channel), which you may withdraw at any time; and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiries and in improving and protecting the platform.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with those who help us provide the Service, who process it in accordance with our instructions and with applicable law:
- Hosting, infrastructure and email delivery providers (Microsoft Azure), in order to run the platform and send you emails.
- Google (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
- The external payment gateway that processes the charge on our behalf and reports the confirmed purchase to us (your name and your email address) so that we can create your access to the platform.
- The coach’s team, so that they can handle your free-class request and contact you.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or a recognised adequacy framework.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as you have an active account and, thereafter, for as long as is necessary to comply with legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
You may access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing, restrict it or request its portability. You may also withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without this affecting processing carried out beforehand. To exercise these rights, write to us at hola@diegoiglesias.io.
If you consider that we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Spain this is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Cookies and local storage
Technical cookies and local storage (necessary): for the site to work, we store technical data in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), such as your session, your progress and the choice you make about cookies. It stays on your device and does not require your consent because it is essential.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): where they are active, they help us understand in aggregate how the site is used so that we can improve it. We do not install them until you accept them: on arrival, a banner lets you accept or decline them, and we use Google Consent Mode, which keeps analytics disabled by default. You may change your decision at any time by clearing the site data from your browser.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your information to third parties.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will publish the version in force here and, where a change is material, we will notify you of it.
